Roasted Potatoes, Breaded Sole Fillet

Tonight I started with the potatoes. Here is a picture summary:
I peeled the potatoes

I chopped up the potatoes

I used these ingredients on the potatoes.
I put the chopped potatoes onto parchment paper on a pan, sprinkled a little Olive Oil on and stirred it up, then some Parmesan Cheese and Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Chili Powder and not shown is Paprika.  I sprinkled all onto the potatoes and mixed them up with my clean hands as this was the fastest way to do it.  Then spread the potatoes evenly on to pan and put into a hot oven.

This is what the potatoes looked like before going into a 450 oven

This is what the potatoes looked like after roasting for about 25ish minutes (I forgot to look at the clock)

Here is the magic box where the Breaded Sole Fillet were waiting for me.

My husband is getting better at plating his meal, so let's ENJOY!
