In the next few months I will be posting new food recipes. I have a new kitchen and a a renewed desire to create in the kitchen. Stay tuned.

- I have always enjoyed working in the kitchen - preferred the cooking more than washing dishes. For a short time I worked in a Cookhouse feeding 20-30 cowboys and ranch-hands - this was an amazing experience, and I learned much. I am a mother to a number of fabulous International Students that have helped me develop the variety of meals that are created in my kitchen. My mother gave me the opportunity to cook when I was young and shared many of her "secrets" Thank you Mom.
